Carlos M. Ilagan (Contractor) Inc. was founded in 1964 by Mr. Carlos M. Ilagan in Batangas, with the philosophy of satisfying the clients' needs by delivering exceptional quality, commitment to schedule, at a fair price. It was organized and registered under Philippine laws as a general construction firm engaged in industrial construction, civil, and mechanical engineering services. Over the years, our company has maintained a high degree of professionalism and integrity. Our excellent performance record has made us one of the biggest contractors in the Batangas area.

Chevron-Batangas Terminal Awards CMI for Operatinal Excellence





Chevron Philippines-Batangas Terminal Management awarded Carlos M. Ilagan (Contractor) Inc. as one of their top contractors for Operational Excellence last March 28, 2025.


At Chevron's contractor's meeting, their management recognized different contractors' contribution to safety and quality. CMI was awarded Value Creation Operational Excellence Award for the quality service to Chevron.


CMI has now been recognized by one of its client partner in its commitment to quality and safe service.







Fire's out!





CMI Participated in Chevron's 2025
Fire Prevention Month Activity





Carlos M. Ilagan (Contractor) Inc. (CMI) along with other partner contractors participated at Chevron-Batangas Fire Prevention Month Activity last March 26, 2025.


Chevron-Batangas Terminal conducted various activities and challenges in raising awareness in fire prevention and fire fighting. These included a scored and timed proper use of a fire extinguisher and a timed team challenge in fire suppression of a burning gas valve.


For the team challenge, each team consisting of 8 members must turn off a burning gas valve by wearing proper safety equipment, laying out and attaching hoses to the water source, approaching the flames using a water shield, and finally turning off the valve.


CMI and other contractors participated in the activities as they are witnessed by three representatives from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP). In the team challenge, four CMI employees was partnered with one operator from Chevron and four other employees representing the contractor providing security to Chevron-Batangas Terminal.

Ending 2024 with great recognition





Chevron-Batangas Terminal Hails CMI as their Contractor of the Year







In continuing our commitment to quality service, Carlos M. Ilagan (Contractor) Inc. has been recognized by the management of Chevron Philippines- Batangas Terminal as their best contractor for the year 2024.


On two separate occasions, Chevron management at Batangas awarded CMI as their best contractor. The first award was given on the last contractor's meeting of the year 2024 for the best contractor for the forth quarter. The BEST CONTRACTOR was awarded for CMI last February 4, 2025.


The nomination for the best contractor of the year were chosen from the winners of best contractor for the quarter. CMI was awarded this for the first quarter.

Chevron Philippines - Batangas Terminal recognizes CMI as its best contractor





Carlos M. Ilagan (Contractor) Inc. (CMI) was awarded by Chevron Philippines - Batangas Terminal management as its best contractor for the first quarter of the current year 2024 this 8th of April, 2024.


Chevron chose CMI as their best by using the different factors such as safety and lack of incidents, timeliness, and within budget.


The award was given at the contractors' meeting at Chevron Batangas Terminal this past April 8, 2024 in the presence of different contractors, Chevron operations supervisors and Chevron terminal operation manager.



Mr. Henre Ilagan, VP-Operations, receives the award as representative of CMI.
